As Makes Makina Kalıp, we provide a lifetime warranty—within the service life of the material used in the mold—or guarantee the maximum valid number of production cycles based on the manufactured part, provided that there is no user-related error in the use of the mold.

In addition, during the delivery process of molds and machines, we offer comprehensive support covering all stages from installation to operator training.

We also provide technical guidance and support in the following areas:

• Selection of correct and standardized materials

• Determination of appropriate lubricants

• Working environment temperature conditions

• Training of operating personnel

• Operating instructions (grinding life, etc.)
