At this stage, key questions are identified, such as:

• Is the existing issue a recurring problem within the production process?

• To what extent will manual labor be involved in the solution?

• What material will be used in manufacturing?

• Is the production limited to a specific quantity?

• Do the machines and equipment to be used in manufacturing have sufficient capacity for the intended material?

These and similar questions related to the existing issue are thoroughly analyzed. The answers are transformed into alternative solution methods aimed at improving our customers’ current manufacturing capacity. Supported by the necessary engineering studies, these solutions are then presented to the customer as a proposal.

As a result, the most suitable solution for the customer’s capacity is determined, ensuring that the problem is resolved using the most cost-effective and rational approach.
